3 oz. juice from POM Wonderful Pomegranates or 3 oz. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate juice
1 cup arils from POM Wonderful Pomegranates or 1 cup POM Fresh Arils
1 pineapple, cored and cut into 1-1/2-inch thick slices
3 slices of watermelon, cut into 1-1/2-inch thick slices
2 nectarines
2 peaches
2 apricots
1 pear
8–10 fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons agave nectar
juice from 2 limes
pinch of salt
nonstick cooking spray

Prepare fresh pomegranate juice, if necessary.*  Prepare fresh pomegranate arils, if necessary.**  Cut the remaining fruit into at least 1-1/2-inch pieces before grilling.  Smaller fruits like apricots can simply be cut in half and grilled flat-side down.  Grill the fruit over a hot grill surface, using nonstick cooking spray to keep it from sticking to the grill bars.  Grill only until dark grill marks form on the outside of the fruits; do not cook until hot all the way through.  After all fruit has been grilled, cut into random pieces and allow to cool at least to room temperature.  Combine the agave nectar, lime juice, arils, pomegranate juice and freshly torn mint leaves, then pour over the fruit and serve.
